On the night, the food was outstanding, staffing was ample and the atmosphere was delightful - all which made for a fantastic night! There was nothing but rave reviews from attendees on both the night and after the night.

… at last, now that the account is paid – which for these occasions - payment is the best thanks of all – we can personally thank you !
I am sure all the words in the dictionary for thank you have been used with you before – so I can only add another very big thank you … and graze !
… as I said the other day to our assembled guests – Lucia made it a very happy and easy peasy time for me to enjoy organising Joe's party. And for Joe to enjoy his party. And you did – before – during - and after .
And it was everything we wanted for a happy Sunday lunch – a simply glamorous venue, surrounded by beautiful light and lovely greenery – the food was just yum - beautifully presented – the tables looked gorgeous – your staff , not least your head honcho Chris, were happy lovely people about whom so many of our guests commented on their professionalism and friendliness … and we noticed their enthusiasm to make it happen behind the scenes, and before and afterwards as well ….
…. and a word that was really getting a workout from all and sundry assembled at The Sanctuary on Sunday …. wow !
Yes, it was a party with the wow factor – and for that you can take a bow.

We wanted to host a dinner for our staff to welcome in the new year and to thank them for their hard work and dedication. For many years I had been wanting to plan a dinner at the zoo so it was very exciting to put together an evening where we had pre dinner drinks and canapés at the tiger enclosure followed by dinner with Wang Wang and Funi in the Bamboo Forest. We were hoping for an evening that was both elegant an unique, yet still relaxed.
We chose Blanco for the catering as we believed Lucia and her team would deliver the quality of food and level of service the evening required. We were not disappointed. Lucia designed a menu and drinks package that was perfect and provided valuable advice on table placement, setting and arrangements to complement the setting and evening.
The food and presentation really was outstanding and the professionalism and level of service provided by all of the staff on the night was faultless. Even Wang Wang and Funi seemed to enjoy the evening! It was an impressive feat also given that Blanco set up a satellite kitchen in the Bamboo forest to prepare everything.
The entire evening was a resounding success, every aspect was flawless and we all left feeling we had been part of a very special evening.

I'm writing to express my sincere thanks on behalf of the Boards of Can:Do 4Kids, Townsend House and Deaf Can:Do, The Royal South Australian Deaf Society for working with our organisations to deliver a very successful Dinner in the Dark on Friday.
I was so sorry not to have been there, but was very proud to recieve many messages of congratulations from Directors, friends and guests. They all had a fantastic evening, great food, brilliantly matched wine and overall a very enjoyable experience that linked back to our cause.
We have received nothing but glowing feedback about the fantastic food - please pass my compliments to your chef for creating a wonderful menu that was not only delicious, but worked very well as a 'sensory experience' to enjoy blindfolded.
Dinner in the Dark raised $37,000. You may not know that whilst Can:Do 4Kids and Deaf Can:Do recieve some government funding, we need to fundraise an additional $70 for each hour of therapy and support we provide to South Australians who are deaf, blind or sensory impaired. Money raised at Dinner in the Dark will fund an incredible 525 hours of therapy and support.
Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to your team for their support of our inaugural event.
Hope I have the right address. Just a quick note to say thank you to one of your wait staff. I was at the BT Insurance event this morning but hadn’t made a dietary request in advance. When I told my wait person Lauren, she was great at organising a vegetarian alternative for breakfast.
I was impressed that this was done without any fuss and my last minute request was delivered.

Mike and I would like to say a big thank you for coordinating our wedding reception on 2 March.
We had such a fantastic night, we couldn't have wished for anything more! It was lovely for you to greet us upon our arrival, the Sanctuary looked so beautiful, the staff were wonderful and attentive, the drinks were flowing and the food was delicious!! Everything on the night, as well as the preparations leading up to our wedding day, went so seamlessly.
We will certainly recommend you to all of our family and friends.

Ive attached some photos my mum took on her camera, it was such a perfect day best day of our lives! Sanctuary was so beautiful, really happy with how everything turned out! The guests have been raving about how beautiful it looked and how yummy the food was!
